The central process that triggers many environmental problems are originated from distortions of economic development, generating, perhaps a false dichotomy between economics and environmental sciences. The I International Symposium on Environment, II National Symposium on Environment and VI Symposium on Environment and Regional Development will be a space for discussion on the main global socio-environmental issues, such as: soil and environmental quality, agriculture and water resources and environmental conservation. The focus of the event will be to promote a broader discussion of global environmental debate issues, exchange of experience and incorporation of the lessons of international, national and regional experiences. These discussions will involve environmental quality of water resources, soil and environmental conservation, emphasizing the need for change in models and create alternatives for the rational use of natural resources. Based on the scientific studies presented on the topic, in a panel session and oral communication, it is believed that it will foment the discussions, the international partnerships and scientific divulgation about the main issues about process of environmental education and regional development.

The events which is to be held in the city of Presidente Prudente, São Paulo, Brazil, from 21th to 25th August, 2018. The I International Symposium on Environment, II National Symposium on Environment and VI Symposium on Environment and Regional Development are being promoted by the graduate program on Environment and Regional Development with direct support from the University of Western São Paulo (UNOESTE).

The program of lecture will be common to the three events, and will have as its central theme of discussion "Soils, Water Resources and Environmental Quality". The scientific program is comprehensive, and includes the participation of renowned speakers from Australia, Brazil, Italy, Spain and Venezuela. Much is expected of science’s role in the resolution of forthcoming problems and there is the need to discuss what role Environmental Science can play in solving the demands of society.
Finally, we are certain that the I International Symposium on Environment, II National Symposium on Environment and VI Symposium on Environment and Regional Development will be an excellent place to share information and knowledge.
 
Instructions for Registration
To participate in the events and receive a certificate, the Online Registration Form must be completed and the bank slip paid. The registration options are: WITH PRESENTATION OF WORK, for authors and coauthors who intend to submit abstract and papers for presentation at the event and, WITHOUT PRESENTATION OF WORK, for those who wish to participate as listeners in the event;
In the case of submission of work, the Registration Form must first be completed out and then the WORK REGISTRATION FORM completed out.

The works submitted with original results will be evaluated and presented in the oral or poster session. The approved papers will be published in the special edition of Colloquium Vitae (ISSN: 1984-6436).
