Instruction of Work Presentation

Oral session

Oral sessions will take place in Blocks B3, Campus II of the UNOESTE, on August 22, 2018, at 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. The time and room for the presentation of each work will be defined and sent by email addressed to the corresponding author. Notebook or computer with Power Point software and multimedia projector will be made available in all presentation rooms.

The speaker should be in the room 20 minutes before the start of the oral session to copy and test presentation. The order of presentation will be determined by the session coordinator. The time maximum for each presentation will be 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions and discussions with the audience. We recommend that, in the first slide, besides the title, name of the speaker and co-authors and institution.

Certificates (including co-authors who have registered and have made the payment) will be delivered later via email.

The receipt of the certificate of presentation in oral session is conditioned to the presentation and signature of the presence list on the day and time determined by the Organizing Committee. The author may be replaced by one of the co-authors. This event provides a Power Point presentation model (Oral Presentation Model) for use by academics.

Poster session

One of the authors must be registered in the event. The poster must contain data relevant to the understanding of work. Only works evaluated by the scientific committee and approved can be displayed.

Poster formatting:

• Poster dimensions required: 90 cm width x 110 cm height (portrait).
• The title (letter size 54) should be highlighted in bold and the names of the authors (letter size 36) and the filiations (letter size 36) should come just below the title.
• The text should be in summarized form and contain: introduction, aims, methodology, results, discussions and conclusions (references, if there are citations in the text).
• The results should preferably be shown in the form of tables, graphs and or figures, with their respective titles and subtitles. It is suggested to distribute the text, tables and figures in two columns (letter size 28 or greater). This event provides a poster model (Poster Model) for use by academics.

The posters should be posted at 8h00 a.m. on August 22, 2018 and the presentation will take place from 10h30 a.m. to 12h00 p.m. in the same day.

At least one author (author and/or co-author) should remain during the period specified for submission. Please note that you will receive a participation certificate only if you presented a poster (no poster certificate without attendance).

The poster should be removed at the end of the event. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters whose authors do not proceeded to withdraw.
